Vanessa Dunn, Acting President/CEO.
Ms. Dunn oversees the agency. She started with JH in July 2022.

Dennis Lohr, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Lohr has responsibility for accounting, revenue, and payroll functions within JH.

Kort Parde, Chief Administrative Officer.
Ms. Parde oversees all administrative operations within the agency.

Evann Morris, Director of Information Technology.
Ms. Morris oversees all Information Technology within the agency.

Daniel Mitchell, Director of Public Housing.
Mr. Mitchell oversees all of the Property Management within the agency.

Laila Darby, Director of HCV.
Ms. Darby oversees the agency's HCV program.

Reynold Peterson, Director of Modernization & Development.
Mr. Peterson oversees all development and construction within the agency.

Cordelia Parker, Director of Resident Services.
Ms. Parker oversees the day-to-day operation of the Social Services department, which includes Service Coordinators, HOPE VI, and various other social services coordinators for the agency.
