May 15, 2020 Covid-19 Update

Jacksonville Housing has extended its Pandemic protection protocols through Monday, June 8, 2020, when we will gradually and cautiously look to begin opening the office to the public. Leading up to the date of June 8, 2020, we are taking additional steps to secure the safety of our employees and residents entering our buildings from the spread of Covid-19.

In addition, we will permit public access with certain restrictions on Monday, June 8, 2020. These restrictions include but are not limited to: The practice of social distancing, wearing masks, mailing of information when feasible, restrict the number of persons permitted in the office at the same time, and assisting with emergencies and urgent matters as they arise.

Our employees will continue to work diligently to provide continued services to our residents with minimal interruption.

The safety and health of our residents, staff, and vendors remain our number one priority. We are currently following the pandemic trends daily and make informed decisions based on all available information.
