April 30, 2020 Covid-19 Update

Jacksonville Housing has extended its Pandemic protection protocols through May 15, 2020. We have made this decision after careful review of the current situation in Jacksonville.

All JH offices will remain closed to the public through May 15. Our employees continue working diligently to provide continued services to our residents with minimal interruption.

The safety and health of our residents, staff and vendors remains our number one priority. We continue to follow the pandemic trends daily, and will continue making informed decisions based on all available information.

We continue to make sure that our Public Housing Properties are disinfected regularly in our efforts to minimize the possible exposure to the virus.

Any Public Housing resident experiencing any issues in your unit is requested to call 904-630-3810 and press four (4) for Public Housing or email us. Furthermore, if you have any after-hours and/weekend emergencies, please call 877-562-9450.
