Open Enrollment for Project Based Assistance

Jacksonville Housing is accepting Project Based Applications for Centennial Towers located at: 230 East 1st Street  Jax, Fl 32206 and Hogan Creek Re-development - 1320 Broad Street Jax, Fl  32202.

The Waiting List will be open to receive applications electronically from

Monday, March 13, 2023 through Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

The online application is available 24 hours per day through the Rent Cafe, however if you need our assistance as a reasonable accommodation, please contact our office at (904) 630-3898 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday only, No Weekends).

Applicants must fall within the HUD established annual income limits for their household size.

Applicants will be placed on the waiting list based on the date and time of application and will be selected based on date, time, and any applicable preferences.

Existing applicants who have applied for other programs will not lose their place on the waiting list.
