SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE

JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY

ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24, 2024

AT 10:00 AM

The Board of Commissioners will meet IN PERSON at

1300 North Broad Street, Jacksonville, Florida.

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) Board of Commissioners Board Meeting will hold a Special Meeting in person on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at its administrative office located at 1300 N. Broad Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 to discuss and/or take appropriate actions regarding the Westwood Apartments project, Personnel Matters (including CEO employment), and any other JHA business. The public is invited to attend this meeting and speak during the public forum.

Interested persons who cannot attend this JHA Board of Commissioners Special Meeting but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the appropriate public comment portion of the Meeting, regarding any matter on the Meeting's Agenda for consideration at the Meeting, may do so by emailing Linda Fitzgerald at lfitzgerald@jaxha.org until 9:00 a.m. on the day of the Meeting.
