Jacksonville Housing Annual/Five-Year Plan

This is a 45 day notice with an opportunity to submit public comments regarding an amendment to the Jacksonville Housing Annual/Five-Year Plan.

The draft of the proposed Significant Amendment is available for review on the JH website at www.jaxha.org or at JH's main office, 1300 Broad St. N, 32202. Comments must be made in writing and submitted to the main office, at the address above; Attn:Dwayne Alexander/via Dale Kirkland no later than 12 noon on Monday, October 15, 2018.

A public hearing will be conducted on Monday, October 15, 2018; 5-6 pm in the Conference Room at JH's Main Office, 1300 Broad St N, 32202. Everyone is invited.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by Jacksonville Housing or any committee thereof with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of these proceedings, and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based on Florida Statutes 286.0105.
