PUBLIC NOTICE JACKSONVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING AND WORKSHOP HYBRID VIRTUAL/IN-PERSON MEETING 

Notice is hereby given that the Jacksonville Housing Authority (JHA) Board of Commissioners will meet via RingCentral teleconference or in person at 1300 N. Broad Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2020, at 2:00 pm. The meeting noticed herein is offered virtually through the RingCentral computer application and in-person at the JHA Conference Room 1300 N. Broad Street. Due to COVID-19 and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, we encourage you to attend virtually.

MEETING TIME: 2:00 pm

All visitors are subject to a COVID-19 screening upon entering a Jacksonville Housing Authority building. In addition, a mandatory face-covering requirement is in place for all public buildings pursuant to Emergency Executive Proclamation 2020-005.

Interested persons who cannot attend this JHA Board of Commissioners RingCentral meeting but who wish to submit public comments to be read during the public comment portion of the meeting regarding any matter on the agenda for consideration at the meeting may do so by emailing Linda Sims until 2:00 pm on the day of the meeting. Public comments submitted by email must be received no later than the day of the meeting to be read during the public comments portion of the meeting or prior to the actions item on agenda.

If you are unable to attend this virtual meeting it will be recorded and available on the JHA website within 48 hours after its conclusion on the JHA website. If you would like to obtain a copy of the recording directly you can email your request to Linda Sims.
